Claire and Jamie Fraser embarked on a new life in colonial America on Sunday's season premiere of Outlander.
The season four premiere titled America The Beautiful opened in 2,000 BC with Native Americans stoking fires and piling rocks around a stone.
They performed a tribal dance similar to those at Samhain in Scotland and in Jamaica.

Claire [Caitriona Balfe] in a voice-over talked about the power of circles.
'For centuries, humans have held an endless fascination with circles, attributing meaning where they are found. And I more than most know full well just how a circle can affect one's life or death,' she said.
Jamie [Sam Heughan] and Claire were next seen in 1767 in the colony of North Carolina.
They had been making their way up the Eastern Seaboard after washing ashore in Georgia after the Artemis shipwreck in the finale of season three.
