The highly anticipated 13th season of Blue Bloods will feature a dangerous situation for Jamie Reagan, played by Will Estes. In the season opener, Jamie gets shot during a domestic violence situation by a felon released under Crawford. Jamie's accident may leave him out of action for most of the season and could potentially mark the end of Will Estes' 13-year stint on the show. Although Jamie is unlikely to be killed off, he may have to step back from his police duties.
