Piper Perabo, who plays environmental activist Summer Higgins in Yellowstone, gave advice to Matthew McConaughey as he prepares to lead the franchise's sequel series after the show's final season. Perabo suggested that McConaughey, who hails from Texas, should know how to ride a horse well since Taylor Sheridan, creator of Yellowstone, is a great cowboy. Meanwhile, it was confirmed that Kevin Costner will be leaving the show with the end of season 5, but the franchise is set to expand with several prequels and spin-offs in development, including one starring Harrison Ford.
