In Blue Bloods season 13 episode 18 Family Matters, Frank Reagan (played by Tom Selleck) clashes with Mayor Peter Chase (Dylan Walsh) when an influx of immigrants arrive in the city. He gets a talking-to from detective Abigail Baker (Abigail Hawk) when the mayor's proposal threatens his officers. In a new clip from the episode, Abigail argues that Frank needs to say things louder to get Mayor Chase to cooperate with the NYPD and maintain New York's "hopeful" reputation.
