Blue Bloods' 11th season will introduce a new character, Joe Hill, who is revealed to be the grandson of police commissioner Frank Reagan. Joe is also an NYPD cop like his grandfather and great-grandfather and was embraced by his newfound family in the Season 10 finale. Executive producer Kevin Wade has hinted how this new addition could change the dynamics among the Reagans. Donnie Wahlberg, who plays Joe's uncle Danny, is excited to have more people at the Sunday dinner table.
