Com2uS has released a new puzzle game called The Walking Dead Match 3 Tales, which combines the matching mechanics of games like Bejeweled with settlement building and an overarching narrative from The Walking Dead universe. The game stays true to the rules of the franchise and features brand-new comic book-style art. 

The team faced challenges when adapting the game to incorporate visually powerful enemies, but they were able to overcome them by incorporating background elements. The game aims to provide players with a full immersion into The Walking Dead universe, with voice acting, original music, and storytelling illustrations.
