The series finale of Fear The Walking Dead, titled "PADRE," follows the trend of other communities in the franchise. Originally set up as a safe zone, PADRE's location was kept secret until Madison and Morgan got involved. However, in season 8 part 2, PADRE's focus on separating children from their parents led to a change in leadership and ultimately its destruction. 

This is in line with the trend of fallen communities requiring rebuilding or relocation in The Walking Dead. Despite the destruction, the show's ending teases hopeful futures for its characters.
