While there are plenty of fan-favorite characters on Outlander, one that continues to remain in their top five is Jamie Fraser. Whether it is because of his endearing romance with Claire, his upbringing, or the traditions he upholds, fans have thoroughly enjoyed getting to the Scottish Highlander and learning all these details about his life.

However, did fans know that the showrunners have also revealed bits of information about Jamie in the sets, objects, and costumes? Like the wedding ring he designed for Claire back in season 1, the writers are secretly adding a lot of symbolism to provide new insights to Jamie and his character.

Sometimes, they are even easter eggs to his actions to the books. All this attention to detail the showrunners have included just makes them appreciate Jamie all the more.

Updated February 13th, 2022 by Kayleigh Banks: With season 6 set to air in the next couple of weeks, fans are excited to see what is in store for their favorite characters (especially Jamie since he appears to be divided by his loyalties to the crown and his family).

Since it is heavily influenced by A Breath of Snow and Ashes, fans already know that they won't be able to fit a lot of it into season 6 since it is only going to 8 episodes long. However, that hasn't stopped fans from hoping that they attempt to include at least a couple of references or easter eggs to the novel as the hidden details and messages are interesting to find.
